I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and always had a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the service was on point. The location of this hotel in this charming village was perfect. There were plenty of small shops, a nice supermarket, and traditional restaurants to explore. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the ski areas, providing easy access for skiing enthusiasts like me. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the wellness area which was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. And let's not forget about the delicious food served here. The breakfast spread was exceptional and they even had gluten-free options available. I had a fantastic time at this hotel and I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this city.

The hours for the wellness facilities were a bit limited, which was a minor inconvenience on bad weather days. Some saunas were not available every day, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in South Tyrol. This place exceeded all of my expectations with its top-notch service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also had a fantastic breakfast spread that included gluten-free options, catering to all dietary needs.

The hotel is also great for families, offering amenities and activities that cater to children of all ages.

Very big and modern apartment rooms with kitchenette. Varied menu with gluten-free options available every day. Very helpful staff/management. Great location in Pustertal. Nicely equipped wellness areas with multiple saunas and multiple relax areas.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A charming village with traditional restaurants and shops is nearby, and popular ski resorts are within a 15-minute drive. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a modern kitchenette and organized space. Guests can enjoy the wellness area with saunas and a heated outdoor pool.

The wellness facilities have limited opening hours, with the pool closing at 10 AM and only reopening at 3 PM, which can be inconvenient who want to use them during the day.

We also greatly appreciated the hotel's wellness facilities, particularly after a long day of skiing. the sauna and relaxation areas were the perfect way to unwind and recharge. the hotel's location was also ideal, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions.

On some days, we were disappointed to find that not all saunas were available, and the opening hours didn't always align with our schedule.
